Offering a variety of ways to train your muscles, as a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist I am knowledgeable in different styles of training such as weight training, body weight exercises, circuit training, isometric exercise, plyometrics, and yoga. We take an in-depth look at your goals, your exercise experience, your history, body composition, and current level of fitness and create a custom training plan for you. Strength training may be done with body weight or with equipment such as barbells and dumbbells, weight machines, resistance bands, kettle bells, and exercise balls. Progress is always evaluated and training plans are changed accordingly.
As a photographer I can also offer you a before, during, and after photoshoot to document and reference the progress you have made under specific programs. It is highly rewarding when you can see how far you’ve come in your health and fitness journey. A “reveal” photoshoot is a great way to launch the new “You”.
