We know that to reach our goals, we must exercise regularly and eat nutritious food. With an all-encompassing package including initial consult and gathering of information, measurements, ongoing fitness progress tracking, weekly meal plans (11 meal plans), nutritional recommendations and ongoing support, personal training 3 times per week (total of 36 sessions), on-own training plan, and before and after photos, this program is designed for success in all aspects of health and well-being.

Natalie Surette is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer Specialist with a love for food, cooking, photography, health and fitness. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2008 and became certified as a personal trainer through Canadian Fitness Professionals. She currently lives in Chalk River, Ontario with her husband and their four children.
